Scarf Progress
So I have all kinds of other things to talk about, but I thought I’d post a picture of the scarf first. I’ve picked up speed since I decided not to cut the yarn for every green and orange rows and now just carry the colors up along the back. The pictures are pretty poor quality because I didn’t feel like hooking up my phone and downloading pictures off that, but maybe I will later. Maybe I just need to get a camera and get it over with.
Getting longer....
The new process is obviously much tidier than the former, and less work. Don't know why it took me so long to think of it...
Other posts will have to wait until I’ve done some more work around here, but I had a fantastic weekend!
A promising beginning
Low quality picture, I know, but don’t expect more so close to bedtime. This is hopefully going to be a scarf with garter stitched borders and a 3 color tweed stitch. I’ve never really done any color changing mid-row while knitting before, so it is a little tedious. I don’t think I have enough hands.
We’ll see how much I’ll get done on it tomorrow, since that will be “work madly on my three take home midterms” day. Hanging out at the coffee shop tomorrow, drinking anything but coffee.
